What DOTWatch does

DOTWatch shows federal filing deadlines worked out from public rules, and information from FMCSA's public records. Record Watch checks a USDOT number's public record about once a day and emails you when watched fields change.

Public data can be wrong

FMCSA's public data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we may not detect every change. An alert means the public record changed, not that your actual registration or insurance changed. Always verify in your official FMCSA account and with your insurer before acting. We are not responsible for losses from data errors, delays or missed changes.

Not advice; not affiliated

DOTWatch is an information service, not legal, tax or compliance advice. We don't file anything for you. We are not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, UCR or IFTA.

Billing and cancellation

Record Watch is $12 per month or $99 per year per USDOT number, billed in advance until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Questions: hadooouuken@gmail.com.
