If your USDOT number ends in 74, your MCS-150 biennial update is due by the end of April in odd-numbered years. The next deadline is April 30, 2027.
Why
Under 49 CFR 390.19, the last digit of your USDOT number (4) sets the month: April. The next-to-last digit (7) is odd, so you file in odd-numbered years. The update is required every two years even if nothing changed, and filing directly with FMCSA is free.
