If your USDOT number ends in 66, your MCS-150 biennial update is due by the end of June in even-numbered years. The next deadline is June 30, 2028.
Why
Under 49 CFR 390.19, the last digit of your USDOT number (6) sets the month: June. The next-to-last digit (6) is even, so you file in even-numbered years. The update is required every two years even if nothing changed, and filing directly with FMCSA is free.
